We ship Worldwide!

Orders are processed within 2 business days. We ship from Tampa, Florida.

USA

Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days, $5 Flat Rate

Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days, $9 Flat Rate

International

We ship with USPS for International Orders.  Rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: 6-12 Business Days

  • You can check the status of your order on the My Account or with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please keep in mind that during holidays, shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

  • Covid-19 may also cause delivery delays. This is out of our control and delivery delays are not cause for refund.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Step 1

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact hello@moshikabeauty.com.

Step 2

Please package and ship the order back to the specified address. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the order for eligibility. Please note that return shipping is at the buyer's expense. 

Step 3

If your order is eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase amount minus any shipping fees paid to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 days for your credit to appear on your account. 

Moshika Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unopened and unused packages.

Please contact our support team at hello@moshikabeauty.com to initiate an exchange.


If an exchange is requested and the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund according to our refund policy above.
